This Privacy Policy explains how tim-frenzel.com (the "Site") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. It applies to information you provide through the Site.
Information I collect
- Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, optional organization, selected intent, and message you provide.
- Analytics. The Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Aggregate data (such as page views and referrers) is used to understand site usage.
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing, and does not collect special categories of personal data.
How I use your information
Information from the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the consulting, speaking, media, or other matter you raised. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Processors
- Resend is used to deliver contact-form messages by email. Your submission is transmitted through Resend for this purpose.
- Plausible Analytics processes aggregate, non-identifying usage data.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted, unless an ongoing engagement requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email contact@tim-frenzel.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
